Heat-resistant ABS for strong functional parts.
Bambu ABS is a technical 3D printing material designed for toughness, durability and high temperature resistance. It is suitable for engineering prototypes, housings, brackets, mechanical components and parts that need to perform beyond basic PLA.
Made for parts that need to handle higher temperatures.
ABS offers stronger heat resistance than PLA, making it a better choice for functional components, indoor-use parts, electronic housings and mechanical applications that may be exposed to warmer environments.
Reliable impact resistance for real-use applications.
Bambu ABS maintains excellent impact resistance and durability, making it suitable for tool housings, brackets, mounts, enclosures and prototypes that require better strength than standard decorative materials.
Designed to reduce warping and cracking.
ABS is known for warping during printing. Bambu ABS is formulated to reduce warping and cracking while keeping the strong mechanical properties that make ABS useful for functional 3D printed parts.

Printing Tips
Important preparation notes for ABS printing.
Pungent and unpleasant odors may be released during printing. Make sure your printer is placed in a well-ventilated area.
Drying condition: 80°C for 8 hours. Store in a dry environment after use. Dry before use if the material absorbs moisture.
ABS is prone to warping when printing large size and/or high infill density models. To avoid warping, do not print overly large or high-infill models, use enclosure printers, ensure the build plate is properly glued, and set lower printing speed with higher heatbed temperature.
The refill filament needs to be used with a spool. Follow the Bambu Reusable Spool instructions before installing refill filament.
