Ultra elastic. Hyper resilient.
Phrozen EL400 Resin combines rubber-like elasticity, strong rebound performance and impressive tear resistance. It is ideal for flexible prototypes, wearable parts, cushioning structures and repeated-bending components.
Ultra Elastic
With ultra-high elongation at break, EL400 allows printed parts to stretch, bend and flex with stability.
Great Rebound
50–55% rebound rate helps flexible parts return to their original shape after deformation.
Tear Resistant
Withstands over 60,000 Ross bending fatigue cycles for repeated-use flexible applications.
Strong Tear Strength
Tear strength up to 39.1 kN/m supports durable flexible prototypes and long-term testing.
Stretch, bend and flex with confidence.
EL400 offers ultra-high elasticity with 391% elongation at break. It combines rubber-like flexibility and hardness, giving printed parts excellent flexibility and stability.
Designed to return to shape.
EL400’s 50–55% rebound rate makes it suitable for durable prototypes that need compression, repeated deformation and long-term functional testing.
Built for repeated bending and durability.
In Ross bending fatigue testing at 23°C, EL400 printed models withstand over 60,000 cycles. This makes it suitable for flexible components that need to bend repeatedly without tearing easily.
For parts that bend, stretch and recover.
EL400 is made for creators and engineers who need flexible resin parts with stronger tear resistance, rebound performance and practical real-world durability.

Flexible resin for real functional testing.
EL400 is suitable for flexible parts that require stretch, rebound, tear resistance and repeated use in practical testing environments.
Wearable Parts
Produce flexible parts such as pads, cushions, straps and wearable product prototypes.
Cushioning Components
Suitable for shock-absorbing parts, rubber-like supports and deformation recovery tests.
Functional Prototypes
Create flexible prototypes for bending, compression, rebound and durability validation.
Precautions
- Store resin at room temperature in dark and ventilated conditions.
- After printing, keep used resin in a closed and opaque bottle.
- Avoid mixing used resin with new resin.
- Keep resin away from children and direct sunlight exposure.
- Wear gloves and masks when using resin.
- If resin contacts skin or eyes, wash with plenty of water.
- Do not dump liquid resin. Cure it before disposal according to local waste guidelines.
- Avoid soaking printed models in liquid for more than 60 minutes to reduce risk of expansion or deformation.
